Based on the findings of an off-site unannounced state complaint investigation survey conducted on October 26, 2022 and October 27, 2022, Hosana Home Health Care Services, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A.
